Kat specialises in many Yoga styles and teaches regular in-person workshops and events in Edinburgh. These events are a great way to deepen your practice, pamper yourself and meet new people. You have time to work closely with your teacher to find modifications, styles and asanas that support your unique body and give yourself some time to recharge and relax.
Deep Release: Yin Yoga & Breathwork workshop

Escape the demands of daily life and immerse yourself in a sanctuary of stillness with this deeply nourishing workshop.
We will explore the profound practices of Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and deeply relaxing breathwork to cultivate profound rest and release tension on physical/mental/emotional level.
This workshop is an invitation to step away from the busyness and cultivate a deeper relationship with rest and release.
This workshop is suitable for all levels.

Sound & Rest Nest
I offer bespoke, private & group 60/90min sound journeys combined with all-level friendly, comfortable Restorative Yoga poses
These sessions focus on creating vibrations to clear away blocked energy, bringing us back into balance on a cellular level
Ideal as a private session, or a lovely event for friends, family or any special occasion.

We have some props at the studio, so please bring your own mat, a blanket and wear comfortable clothes

Yoga Nap - online session

Yoga Nap is a therapeutic, restorative technique that teaches you how to slow down, how to release tension and restore the sense of balance, peace and wellbeing.
Yoga Nap is an active relaxation practice that provides healing for the body and the mind with a help of props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks. The poses are designed to be comfortable.
This Restorative Yoga session is especially useful when you need to eliminate fatigue and stress that result from your daily activities. It can also help you cope with insomnia, recover from illness, injury or overcome emotional depression and anxiety. The other benefits also include improved immunity, better mood, sleep and digestion. This session is suitable for beginners.
