Karma Yoga Edinburgh

Payment for all group classes must be received prior to the scheduled class time and date to ensure your space. The booking system closes an hour before the class. Drop-in classes cannot be extended or refunded.

There is a 48 hour cancellation policy for workshops. Any workshop bookings cancelled within the 48-hour window will be noted as a late cancellation and charged. The workshop credit can be exchanged for online classes or you can pass your space on to a person of your choice if the session is cancelled before the 48 hour period.

Please note that we are unable to make exceptions to this rule, barring those made due to medical necessity. A doctor’s note will be required.

Karma Yoga Edinburgh has a 24-hour cancellation policy for all private classes. Cancellations prior to 24 hours will result in a credit towards a future private class. Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded with the exception of those made due to medical necessity. The teacher must be informed of any cancellations via email/website contact form.

Karma Yoga Edinburgh reserves the right to change the prices of the classes, workshops, events and retreats and change/cancel the schedule when necessary.

By joining our classes, you confirm that you are physically fit for your class. You also agree to inform your teacher of any medical conditions or injuries or any changes to your health that could affect your practice. Please notify your teacher if you are pregnant or have recently delivered a baby so we can find a suitable class for you.

Karma Yoga Edinburgh does not accept liability for any injury to self for online or in-person classes or for any loss of personal property for in person classes.

5 class passes are valid for 6 weeks from the date of purchase. No exceptions can be made, except in the case of a medical condition (a doctor’s note will be required). No partial refund can be made for unused classes. All class fees are non-refundable.

Gift cards or account credits are non-refundable and have a validity of 3 months.
